Hypno-Art Retreats
Creating a calm space to explore your playful, imaginative subconscious
These retreats offer a space to explore creativity through a combination of guided hypnotherapy and art-making.
Gabrielle brings together her twenty years of experience as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with her creative abilities to provide you with a unique experience in beautiful and supportive surroundings. By working with the subconscious in a gentle and structured way, participants are supported to move beyond habitual patterns and engage more freely with materials, ideas and process.

The subconscious plays an important role in the ways we perceive, respond, imagine and create. Closely connected to emotion, memory and association, it influences patterns of thought and behaviour that often exist outside of conscious awareness.
In more relaxed and receptive states, the imagination can become more fluid, playful and exploratory, allowing different approaches to materials, ideas and creative process to emerge. Hypnotherapy provides a structured and grounded way of accessing these states, supporting greater openness to experimentation, intuition and creative possibility.
Within the retreats, this relationship between subconscious process and art-making forms the basis for exploration, encouraging participants to engage with creativity in a less self-critical and more curious way.
